Magnesium Oil can be added to your nightly routine. Spray on the bottoms of your feet and rub it in before bedtime (socks can also be used for extra absorption). It's also great for sore muscles, joints and for stress relief. Stay well hydrated during use. If you would have any underlying issues, ask your doctor if this would be right for you.
When used on a regular basis, the results will be more noticeable.

Shipping 1-3 days from placing your order. Returns are not accepted at this time. If product arrived damaged please contact me with pictures of package and damaged product..
Shipping and handling will be calculated at checkout. The "ready to ship" items will be shipped within 1-3 days of ordering. Shipping costs are based on the weight of purchase order. International shipping is currently suspended, excluding Canada.
If you have any changes you want to make to a set of nails, it is possible, but may take 2-4 days longer to prepare and ship out. Custom sets will take 2-7 days to make and then will be shipped.
A rush can be added for an additional fee of $10.00. Returns on opened or used products are not accepted at this time. If you have any issues with the product please contact me at danawood@beautyfromthelou.com. Taxes will be included at checkout also, but you will not taxed on shipping charges.
